Themed buffets that change daily. For the mediocre food, however, quite expensive (children from 5: € 16, adults € 26).
Unfortunately it wasn't a nice breakfast buffet, the food left a lot to be desired, the drinks weren't enough, the staff was rude so that we were a little annoyed about the high price
Unfriendly staff. Apparently there was no loss of sales here due to Corona.
Unfortunately not good food. Bad selection. The price-performance ratio is underground. It's a shame. Our first day here was culinary disappointing.

The breakfast is rich and freshly prepared. Everything is available, what you need and eggs, bacon and Co. are freshly prepared. The selection of rolls, all kinds of croissants, fruit and yogurt is also very good. Absolutely above average for this price. The dinner is also varied, with good salads / starters and a mostly delicious soup. The main dishes have to be seasoned, but that is not a problem. I am of the opinion that everyone should season their own food and not criticize the lack of salt or the like. The submission of the Corona note and the signage for the exit is described a bit poorly, but after inquiries, this also went without any problems. So many people who comment negatively here either had a bad day with the staff, didn't really ask, or they just had far too high standards. The latter is probably the basic problem for Germans. For 77 € a decent house with good and solid food is absolutely perfect. People who criticize the staff as if there is no tomorrow, then hopefully do not load 8 rolls and 6 eggs on their plate and let 80% of them go back, but are exemplary guests who behave as they expect from the staff. Experience has shown that this is not the case. One point is deducted during Corona for the fact that everything is actually very close together and there are no fixed meal times, etc. Distance is not really capitalized.
When we arrived, we were amazed that there were so few guests. Probably because of Corona, you can no longer go onto the terrace from the outside, but have to go through the restaurant to the terrace. An employee who quickly pulled his shirt over his nose explained to us that we had to fill out the Corona slip of paper and then throw it into the box when we walked. Two tables were occupied in the restaurant and there were still many free tables outside. Sitting down and waiting for the service. At one of the next tables you could hear the waitress grumbling: How, that too? At a volume that everyone could hear. She wouldn't have time for that, the other guests would complain. I wonder why? If you comfortably take the order at ONE table, slowly go in and then wait for the drinks to be ready and then go out again and only then take the order at the next table, etc ... It's no wonder that you nothing works. We were only briefly told that the replacement is coming soon. Would have been better for us then. Another ten minutes later it was still not there. The waitress was obviously in a bad mood, for whatever reason ... Very unfriendly ... But you don't take that out on the other guests. The other waiters didn't even notice us. The clearers took dirty dishes with them every now and then, but wiping or disinfecting the tables? Nothing! We then left after 20 minutes without being served and we weren't the only ones. We looked in vain for the box for the Corona note.
Bad food at inflated prices in a terrible place. Currywurst is not recommended. Staff was friendly, for that there is the second star.
I have rarely eaten so badly! Here there is only Tk and finished goods! The meat was fried dead! The price of 25 € is outrageous! The buffet is not worth € 12!
We ate here 3 times a day during our vacation. Quality and selection were very good. There is nothing to complain about in terms of taste, for everything else there is pepper and salt on the table. Friendliness and service are not a matter of course these days, but they are still very important here. Well done and thank you again!
Rich buffet, unfortunately nothing is done here for the severely disabled. Special tables for wheelchair users or people with walking difficulties, you have to point this out first. Especially in the morning at breakfast. It cannot be that handicapped people have to go up the stairs to use a free space, especially in bad weather.
We were unsure whether the American buffet was something for us. Karsten (?) Took care of us, but did not persuade us, but convinced us. Thanks for that! We were very satisfied and I can only recommend it.
After 25 minutes it was delivered. It was not crowded but well attended. Staff was there, the cake was plentiful. I think there are alternatives that we will prefer in the future. Too bad.
We are appalled. No mask requirement at the entrance to the restaurant (some of the waiters had none), no allocation of seats ("We don't take it so closely" 😱), no recording of data (!!!! On request: "Notes are out, but I'll bring you one! "? No thanks, why, if only I leave my name etc.), only wipe / disinfect tables and chairs every now and then (even without corona, tables should be wiped after every guest in my eyes ), the rag simply landed on the service trolley to the next table, which was then wiped without washing the rag. After a long search, I found a disinfectant dispenser on a counter. The one at the back entrance (where nobody goes in) was without resources! There was none at the main entrance on the promenade. The tables are too narrow. My husband sat back to back with the person behind him. Unfortunately we did wrong and stayed. Just because you want to pretend normality to tourists, THAT is the wrong way! We already thought that the regulations in Schleswig-Holstein may be different than in NRW ... but not according to the Internet. With us EVERY restaurant and larger café is equipped with disinfectants. Partly at the entrance and also in between. In front of the toilets anyway. Wherever you eat or drink a beer etc, you leave your data. And here everything is full of people from all over Germany and also Denmark (apart from the sick people from the spa houses !!!) and there are no regulations observed? An absurdity in my eyes. Cake delicious.
Breakfast is really great. The evening buffet is good.

We were able to enjoy the great breakfast here. The staff was particularly pleasant. Polite, helpful and present. The food was great as well as the selection of different coffees.
Great shop wanted to invite my wife and friends to have a coffee for 20 minutes. The 2 waiters had eye contact and CONTINUOUSLY avoided us and other side tables. Finally I got up and went to the cake counter super delicious cakes after my request for a service flippant answer not responsible my colleague looks back on the square THE COLLEGE serves again somewhere else FACT IS 45 MINUTES WAITING 6 PEOPLE GONE then we left We are not worthy of the name of the waiters and are a bottomless cheek This shop will not see us and several other guests again Thank you very much
We were at the breakfast buffet and there was great food with great views. The selection is perfect and everything was fresh. Unfortunately, very Mensaartig from the atmosphere and the staff very awkward. 1 star deduction because there was no Osaft but water with Osaft taste. Again I was looking forward to a nice glass of Osaf in the morning.
Stay away. The food is not good in any way (at least from a Scandinavian point of view).
Too expensive. Mediocre food and not very good service. Staff expects you to be fluent in German.
Decent prices and decent service, but the view and food made it worth it.
Good a la carte restaurant. Nice servantes and quality seafood! Nice view over the harbour.
The food is fantastic and customer service is fast and efficient. The Restaurant personal are very friendly and kind. A plate full of different kinds of food and a glass of wine a some of the service you have but remember it is self service. Cheers.
